Refunds & Returns Policy

At Ailbirds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, our policy outlines the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Timeframe

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to lodge a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Given the size and nature of furniture, items must be un-assembled, free of wear, and in resalable condition.

2. How to Lodge a Return Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

3. Cost of Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ailbirds will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, item doesn’t fit), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: Ailbirds does not charge a restocking fee for returns.

4. Return Method and Label

All returns are processed by mail. For your convenience, a return label is included in the package with your original order. If you need a replacement label, please contact customer support.

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

Yes, Ailbirds accepts exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the process of returning the original item and placing a new order for the preferred product.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days after the item has been inspected. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
