Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ailbirds. We want you to love your new furniture! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

A. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

🛑 Note: Customized, used, or assembled items cannot be returned.

B. How to Start a Return

We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with return instructions.

C. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Return packages must be shipped within 7 days after receiving authorization.

D. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you of the return approval status within 3–5 business days

  • Process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days

💳 Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

E. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or issue

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you

F. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet.

  • Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled — but you may still return it once delivered (see terms above).

G. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
