Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on the Ailbirds website. We are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of size or value.

2. Order Processing Time

The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment is separate from the transit time.
Processing Time: All orders are processed, verified, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) to begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Our total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the transit time.
Transit Time: 5–9 business days (Monday–Saturday) after the order has been processed.
Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to be delivered within 6–12 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Our Carriers

We partner with a variety of trusted national carriers and specialized freight companies that are best suited to handle the size and nature of furniture delivery within our stated shipping times. The carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of shipment to ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery.

5. Shipping Locations and Restrictions

Shipping Locations:

We currently offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipment Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Ensure Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays. Ailbirds is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Business Days: Our operations, including processing and transit, are based on business days (Monday through Saturday), excluding major U.S. holidays.
Large Items: Due to the size and nature of furniture, some items may be delivered via specialized freight carriers. We will contact you if special delivery arrangements are required.
