Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

We want your furniture to reach you quickly and safely! This policy covers how we handle shipping for all orders across the USA.

A. Free Shipping

Good news — shipping is completely free across the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We don’t currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

B. Processing & Delivery Time

  • We process and pack your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • After that, your order usually arrives in 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday) will be processed the next business day.

C. Who Delivers Your Furniture

We ship through trusted partners like UPS, FedEx, USPS, or specialized freight carriers for larger items.
If a freight carrier is used, they’ll contact you to schedule a delivery, and someone 18 or older must be there to receive it.

D. Changing Your Address

Need to update your shipping address?
No problem — just email us at support@ailbirds.com within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.

E. Canceling Orders

  • You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation won’t be possible — but you might still be eligible for a return (check our Return Policy).

F. Damaged Deliveries

  • If your package looks damaged, don’t accept it — tell the delivery person.

  • If you weren’t home during delivery, email us at support@ailbirds.com within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and send photos of the damage. We’ll help right away.

G. Shipped from Manufacturer

Some furniture is sent directly from our manufacturer’s warehouse.
Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Shipping Time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Tracking info will be emailed after your order ships

H. Shipping Outside the USA

We currently only ship within the USA.
If this changes, we’ll post updates on our website.

I. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your furniture’s journey.
